Finalising the month

Oh dear, I was the murderer again last night, but this time it was even more embarrassing than being an old woman.
This time I was supposedly a limbo dancing girl who wore a lot of pink and was a black belt in a variety of self defence martial arts. The thing is I had supposedly been born a man and this woman Carrie Bean was going to reveal it so I killed her.
Victim of circumstance.
Or something.

I'm posting this early, as in now.

I'm going out at 6 and feel I might not remember when I get in.

So here's to the end of February.

Foolish

I've given up a few things for lent.
Chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks.
Tonight at the sleepover everything is cancelled.
I wore the wrong socks for walking in my boots today.
On my way home Neil drove past and yelled out of his car window.
It made me smile.
I've bought a webcam to try and get Dailybooth working :)

Edit:
Right, I put in the disk, it said I had to unplug the webcam.
It wasn't plugged in.
The software/hardware is not installed properly.
This is a pain in the arse and a waste of my time and money.

I don't think it will ever work because when I went to uninstall it to try again I cannot uninstall because I got this message:

Feeling positive

I've been in a vlogbrothers video!

Seriously, it gets to this point on a Thursday, where I've spent time with my best friend, we've discussed many things in the world, I know that tomorrow I have art and psychology but mainly just 4 hours of art.

I love it.

Also, Caitlin's mum said this gem today, "It sounds like a half-dead herb".
Just one of those moments you need to treasure.

I regret not putting photos of the covers of the books I've read in my book blog, but then again it shouldn't matter, it is just something that has occurred to me.

I have quite a lot of ideas in my mind, and less time than ever this weekend with a sleepover on Friday night and the Kaisers on Saturday.

Finding the mouse with the door

We drew a hilarious rabble of doodles today and made up a story to go with them. Finding the tiny mouse with the tiny door is the first step.
Laura has insisted for as long as I have known her that her Uncle invented quorn.
We put his name and quorn into google.
Not a single result.
Our head of IT has blocked hotmail at school.
What an annoying man.
I've decided on a few projects/aims for this summer.
[] Re-read Harry Potter but draw plenty of fan art in the process. Not just the typical moments, the innocuous ones too.
[] Get through all the books on my to-read list/pile.
[] Make and sell jewellery (preferably through a job in le-beado but otherwise online)
[] Make some textiles style things
[] Become more "well known" on YouTube but spend less time online.
[] Go to at least one gathering.

That is it for the list for now.

Surprising how many times I had drifted to checking my emails, or twitter, or YouTube.
Good job it kept sending me back because I've made a breakthrough with English.
I'm going to do that more often.

I planned to do a LOT more in this holiday than I actually did get done.
Like Alex's album artwork.

I'll just have to start doing it in school frees.
Everything.

Oh well.
I'm almost finished the gosh darn context.
I want my life to reach a point where I'm enjoying everything and not just Being Human.
Ahhhhhh... do I have time for Heroes?

I loved today.
I've worn myself out telling stories and laughing.

I bought two books.
Books I wont be able to read till the summer.

Life is starting to scare me.
I've been reading about people being stuck in ruts.
People being totally skint and a bit depressed.
I'm annoyed I cannot make the Bathering on Saturday.
I'm scared of the amount of work I have to do.

I just want time to be, and money to go places.
I want time to read and write and draw and sing and live.

Snowed from 10 till 5...
Someone set a fire alarm off and then the yard was one big snowball fight for about 3 mins.
It reminded me of Lyra setting off the alarm at Bolvanga and I told Ross and he was like, "you would make something like this nerdy!".

Feeling down and suck levels are high.

Today I woke up and everything felt odd and nothing really worked.
I had more sleep.
I knitted and listened to some Pottercasts.
I drew and daydreamed.
I need even more sleep so after I've eaten I'm getting an early night.
I've tried to abstain from screen time so although I've been listening through my computer I've not been using it much so I haven't done any more context that I would have done anyway.
Feeling woozy and odd is not fun at all.

I've kept this blog up almost religiously like I wanted to.

I love how in December I could have had each title "December: 1st" etc.
This month I could have had "February: 8th" etc.

Frolic

There was this book I used to have.
Boy meets boy.
It is an amazing book.
I picked it up in the book shop at Saltaire (sp?) one day maybe 5 or 6 years ago and was captivated.
I'd read over a chapter by the time Mum found me and roused me from reading.
I had to buy it.
I lent it out to one of my gay best friends a few years ago, I knew he'd love it.
But he moved away and I never got it back.
I crave to read it again and to add it to my favourite books shelf.
I also need to re-buy The Subtle Knife and Amber Spyglass as I lent them to my cousin even longer ago and have survived on the tape books ever since.
The Malorie Blackman ones 2 + 3 from the Noughts and Crosses series.
The first 4 Alex Rider Books.
All of the James Bond books.

Also I've lent another 2 books out recently I need back.
One to my English teacher and one to Laura.

I've been wearing my beret at school in the cold for the last few days.
