Try this beauty?

http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/534416

I would, if I had a right arrow that worked. It's the original Mario with a range of characters including the old style Link.

Today I wore my Ravenclaw tie in memory of all those who died in the Last Battle of Hogwarts. James said "but it's not real though" but I just think it was a nice reason to wear my tie.

I did another 6 hours of art today, I say that, 1 hour was taken up with Hazelizabeth-ness but that's still a creative output.

We cooked beef in oyster sauce for tea and it was pretty scrummy.

That's the end of BEDA... I don't know quite how regular I'll be at posting from here, though I'd like to be daily. We shall see.

And on that note, bye-bye!

Turtle in the river

I had an early doctors appointment today in which the lady diagnosed me with a possible case of Acute Urticaria. An actual allergic physical reaction to running (sort of).

As I walked back I passed the stalls that had been set up in the square, one of which was a hog roast and I sort of felt like that would be my lunch, just because. However when I went down and saw it was £4 I continued browsing and bought a steak pie instead. It was delicious.

I spent some time tidying and more time browsing and listening to Erase This which is simply superb!

James directed me through a ridiculous but amazing design for a t-shirt.
The words on it are AJ's motto and James really wants it printing up before the end of term so he can just wear it and see what they say. The detail on the butterfly is immense for something so small!

SO.
Then I headed off to my SSAGO exec meeting which was only 15 minutes followed by another 15 where we were accosted by a drunk boy who wanted a strawberry from the punnet on the table. We were asked who were were to which Megan replied "The Strawberry Society". We kept this up and made it sound fairly official as we are the Lancaster Student Strawberry and Gardening Organisation. He ate the mouldy strawberry and the pile of green bits. It was hilarious, rank and entertaining.

For tea tonight James and I had beef burgers with carrot (a bit garlicy just because) and beans. It was rather tasty all things considered. Now we're going to head over to his once more.

All the chocolate banana brownie is gone. This gives me sads.

Trip to an 80th Birthday Party.

I couldn't get an appointment to see a doctor yesterday before my art session and after it James and I had to walk down to the pub "The Plough" to be picked up and driven all the way to Kirkby ( picking up a boatload of food from James' house on the way) to celebrate James' Grandad's 80th Birthday in a surprise family get together.

Overall there were 13 of us there but I couldn't name them all. There were James' Grandad's three children each with their respective partners and children/children's bf/gf. Three of James' cousins were there: Heather, Greig and Siobhan. Also, one of James' uncles went to Durham Uni so there's a piece of knowledge.

The whole event was very football centred with talk about it right through to us actually watching a game that was on TV. It wasn't so bad though because there was plenty of food and James to talk to about things that weren't footy.

We got back to Uni (after Lynn very kindly drove us) at 11:30 so I suppose I could have posted this yesterday but I was exhausted.

Another blog later I think.

Terrifying ordeal!

I didn't mean to fail fully just because I missed one post by 5 minutes and I'm positive that somewhere yesterday I typed up about my day.

6 and a half hours of art with pasta lunch at a half way point and duck for tea. Tada!
Oh and beat the Elite Four.

Today however was a whole different type of dramatic experience. Which now, at 5pm, seems distant and far fetched and dreamlike but I assure you the following scenario is 100% real, did happen and frightened me quite a bit.

The most unlikely thing is that this all occurred because I decided to go jogging. I decided this because my leg circumference has visibly increased and because I never do anything and because Marissa has taken up jogging and it made me feel a bit terrible for being so lazy when she is ever so energetic.

So, by 8 this morning James and I were attired in suitable clothing, refilled lucozade bottles in hand, ready to go. I envisioned a failure that would consist of barely a minute running, panting and possible stitch/collapse. With a blast of MoM in one ear and James' encouraging words I made it to the first road crossing where we stopped to let a car past, no problem, a short walk and we did a few sections jog/walk/jog/walk with me breathing heavily and getting gradually itchyer.

Now, this skin thing I've had while at Uni seems to be diagnosed as exzema every time I see a doctor and so that is how I treat it but I've become aware that it is brought on (the unscratchable ITCH) by sudden feelings of hotness. So bearing this in mind I thought that sweating a bit when running would make me itch but nothing that a good shower won't take away. However by the time we hit the 3/4 round campus mark my arms had a strange texture to them and I was feeling the urge to claw my entire skin off. We walked back to mine (with one last attempt to jog and take my mind off it) just in time for me to feel extremely odd by the lift. I was drinking my water slowly thinking hydration was the key but I pretty much stumbled to my door whereapon it was knowledge of my room and slight guidance from James that let my hit the bed and not the floor. I was seeing white splotches and it felt like my feet wanted to climb up to my head.

After a short rest the itchy skanky feeling hadn't gone away but I trusted my feet so I went to attempt a shower. Bad move it seems as this just sent me all dizzy and fainty again and this time I brought a shower of water with me across my room to the bed. At this point I'm thinking "I'll never make it to my Psychology lecture, I'm dying!" This was not the case (the feeling of dying that is) for much longer as I was determined to not let this ruin my day and to get better. Creams applied I curled up on the bed feeling a bit hopeless and probably scaring James to a high degree. I was fed small chunks of banana brownie by James who said it would bring my sugar up (probably ruining any of the jogging progress but who cared I was ILL!). James decided that is was in my best interest to stay in bed and recover for a good while while he watched over me. I think this was a splendid move on his side yet it meant he missed TWO whole lectures.

By 12:30 I felt quite ok and ate a whole can of orange and grapefruit segments and the rest of the cucumber from last night's duck pancakes. (Which by the way are a splendid ALDI deal).

I read up my PinE work and headed to pick up my Lab report from last term that I had handed in in LATE FEBRUARY. An M1 low for that so that's good seeing as I put very little effort into (this effort being all I could muster in a week, the week after New York).

My seminar was alright is, we talked about bullying and how girls are bitchy and boys violent, the crossovers and gun crime. A way to brighten up my day... not.

I came over to the art studios (which is where I have typed this) and this is not procrastination, this is valid use of time because I'm typing this in between sorting and resizing photos on word and they're taking forever as it seems to half crash at every click.

Tonight we're having a BBQ with SSAGO so I've decided to stay here and sort out these photos until just before 7, then head to the right room for the emergency election we're holding first.

I shall end here as I have written far too much for one day!

TOODLES!

The Election Debate II

We've just finished watching the second election debate. It was intriguing as was the first and it took a lot longer because we kept pausing it to talk.

Today was a lovely Sunday mainly because I got to talk to M for a bit and also because of the ducklings.
Our favourite two ducks Turtle and Rabbit have had 11 little 'ducklets' (James insisted that female ducklings should be renamed thus).

We also sat through the washing today in which my machine got stuck at 8 mins for a good 5. It finished fine and everything got dry too!

I did some revision about feral children too as a start to the epic PinE revision.

Nighty night.

Talking 'til Ten Past Twelve

Fay's party has just ended. I mean, the majority of people went out to town about 11 but a chunk of us, 8 or so, stayed around to chat.

I've eaten too much, I'm tired. I've sort of failed BEDA.

Friday 23 April 2010

Tell me, do you know what day it is?

It is the combined celebration of Youtube and Shakespeare's birthdays and St George's Day.
Yesterday was Dad's birthday and I feel terrible for not mentioning it then but we were in a rush to get to the film.

"Nowhere Boy" is a very good film, I know more about the Beatles than I did and I'm glad of it.

The b3ta newsletter gave us a very large amount of lols tonight and via a skit of Cameron led to James being introduced to Pulp. We've just listened to Common People.

Also, Charlie's Mum linked to this:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2010/apr/23/youtube-five-years-on

I had a lovely day today after I got over the small stomach ache of this morning.

It's now dark out and we didn't go over to James' early enough to see if AJ was taking his telescope out to the field.

S'ok though.

Thursday 22 April 2010

Talking about FOOD (again)

My lab session this morning is only worth noting because of the realisation I had within (when Alice told me) that there is a vender outside the room. Unfortunately nearly everything in there is 60p.

For lunch I cooked sausages for sandwiches for James and I.

I made a video for thesquirrelrebellion and sat and did art.

Burgers of the pork variety for tea before we head off to a film. It's the one about the Beatles with Feather Boy and Kick Ass.

Must scoot.

Turned out better than I anticipated.

AS I strolled across campus this morning to the trilling of plentiful birds I was inspired to be a mite more descriptive in this blog of mine. The three mallard ducks in the Physics building pond splashed merrily, a robin was pecking for worms and I spied a blackbird gobbling up his wormy breakfast too.

Today has barely begun and yet I have this feeling it's going to be as busy and tiring as yesterday.
The Pub quiz last night was a right laugh, we joined the multiple teams with names relating to the good ol' volcano. "Every Ash Cloud Has A Silver Lining" was Megan's idea, much better than "Moist Kittens" which was one team's contribution but not as amusing as "Clegg for Queen".
Questions on most topics available were doled out, we failed to recognise the cryptic cross word or list 10 countries that have a capital with a smaller population than another of their cities (non African). However we did manage to name the first ever spoken film "The Jazz Singer" (thanks to Rach) and name the song played to us on a the stylophone "Shine" by Take That.

Returning to campus at 12 isn't my cup of tea though so bed was practically collapsed into.
In the middle of the night I whalloped my head against the shelf above the bed. I'm actually petrified I will get a black eye, like that time Becca Vaughn threw a Pikachu soft toy at me and the battery pack gave me a black eye.

I'm aiming to go over to art for about half nine so I can busy myself up until the compulsory session at 11.
Straight after that, at 1 I have a SSAGO exec meeting where I can tell them all about our lovely website and then off to pick up the mended prescription from yesterday's debarkle. I assume I might then have some time to start my PinE revision which, I must say, is pretty necessary.

Here goes!

---

It's nearly 3pm and I haven't yet been to pick up my prescription because the SSAGO exec meeting ran into a "lets go sort our storage portacabin" trip. Fun but now all I want to do is relax and I need to set off on another walk.

My verdict is that today was much better than anticipated because I got my moisturiser and my Amazon order arrived. I am now happy to own a book that contains both "The Time Machine" and "The Invisible Man" by H. G. Wells and The Peter Serafinowicz Show on DVD.

I feel after reading this book I will be able to call myself a true sci-fi fan as he is the 'father of science fiction'.

Mike, from our floor, has moved out to cheaper accommodation.

Right so, plan is:
Watch up thesquirrelrebellion videos and make notes as I am filling in AGAIN tomorrow.
Read some.
See James, make food, eat.
Take Psychology over to his to attempt revision.
Read some.
Rest some.
Watch some TPSS if possible.
Sleep.

What a great day, it's sunny too.

:D

I MEANT NOW :) This edit has been dealt with.

Taking photos

Ergh, I dislike having to miss things. But I also do not want to have skanky skin either.

Due to the fact that there are THREE doctors stuck abroad I have to have an appointment today at 10:50 when I have a lecture for PinE at 11.

---

It's now early evening.
I went to the doctors at 10:40 in the hopes that I would be seen and get to my lecture within the next half an hour. At half 11 I sneaked into the back of the lecture to find out it was a 50 minute outline of the next two years of Psychology in Education of which I AM NOT TAKING.
All that worry for nothing!

---

Around lunchtime today I took a fair quantity of photos for my art project. I'm happy that that is underway.

ALSO the doctor lady messed up my prescription and stuck down something with a similar name but NOT the moisturiser I need. ARGH, at least I went back and it should be sorted by tomorrow and I do have enough to last.

---

Tonight is SSAGO, the first of term, and we're going out to a Pub Quiz.
Not sure what James and I are going to have for tea before that but we shall work it out and he should hopefully get his essay/story about evolution written.

Last night while James was reading articles/blogs online about evolution  he stumbled upon one that was just the plot to H G Wells "The Time Machine" padded out and trying not to sound like it. I ordered this book from Amazon a few days ago so now I'm slightly more looking forward to it!

Also, while I was singing along obnoxiously to BUSTED, and James was throwing pens at me in irritation, I caught a shiny Graveler. It's gold and pretty awesome, but I don't have space for it on my team as I already have a Golem which I need for it's HMs.

---

Have a great day readers!

Monday 19 April 2010

Tastes like wine.

I made chocolate and banana brownie today and it smells divine.
I haven't eaten any yet because I have to head over to art again.

I went over before but forgot my paintbrushes *doh* so came back for lunch a little bit earlier and decided to do some baking!

Right, so the brownie tastes divine, like chocolate and bananas.

The title of this blog refers to the Duck in Red Wine with onions and pasta and bacon that was cooked for tea tonight. I realised that all the recipes for duck I own (there are 2 in the Chinese cookery book that Caitlin got me for Christmas) involved marinating for over a day or duck breasts (we bought 2 legs as they were only £2).

SO I found one online that we worked around, was tasty!

Other than food, today involved art, a fair amount of art.
AND my practical results from last year. It is safe to say I am happy with my mark, very happy indeed.

So, it's the end of my computing day, I failed to defeat the elite 4 so I need to train a bit more but I think we might watch some FotC tonight instead.

Night you.

Tomato Sauce

Still tastes fine after 6 months even though it says it should be eaten within 6 weeks.

Term starts properly tomorrow so James and I made the most of today by doing barely anything.

Heroes was particularly good, although confusing.

"As long as you saved his girlfriend you could kill some more, willy nilly."

Sylar saying "willy nilly" was just hilarious.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSS
even though you don't read this.

The Green Party

Today, while in town shopping, I approached the Green Party desk that was in the square and asked them where I could recycle the can I had just finished drinking from. He looked a bit bamboozled and then said that it was streets away because the one that use to be about 10 meters from where we were stood had been set on fire and never replaced.

I ended up putting it in my bag and putting it to recycle once at Uni.

We walked into town in the bright warm sunshine today and it was fantastic. Biscuits are stocked up on and James also has a reasonable quantity of meat for our teas in the freezer now.

I've finished my essay and just need it read before I can print it.

I need to edit Hazelizabeth and get that up alongside the desire to eat, watch Dr. Who and play a bit of pokémon!

Tarry bye.

P.S. Apologies if you've read this from my bookshelf blog. That was a mistake!

Friday 16 April 2010

The Leaders Debate

Well, once I reached 1400ish words in my document I decided to start watching the itv player version of the blog title's show.

The word "burglary" was pronounced hilariously by Jacqueline, the questioner.

When Gordan smiled after, "You can't airbrush your policies the same way you airbrush your posters" I was sure he had been hoping that would get a huge round of applause.

"Quangos!" HOW MANY TIMES!?

If you're interested in what some youtubers think we have: Miles Dyer and Tino (that I've watched so far).

OH I've written over 2200 words so that's it sorted.
Just need to tidy up the references and such now.

This evening is mince, just in case you wondered.

Thursday 15 April 2010

Typing

This morning consisted of an awful lot of flipping through books and a fair bit of typing resulting in the first 1/3 of my essay being complete and the rest drafted out.

After lunch I went to a "website training" session that consisted of a typical IT man creating a WordPress blog for LSSAGO and giving me admin. Then he ran through what was fairly obvious and standard, although a few of his pointers were helpful because I'm not used to WordPress.

I spent most of this afternoon fiddling around on http://lssago.lusu.co.uk/.

The premium burgers from Aldi were very tasty indeed.

Now to finish the day with relax time with James which may include another walk.

We shall see.

Wednesday 14 April 2010

Tomato Pasata

We've just eaten a concoction of chicken and rice that included half a carton of tomato pasata, some very thin peelings of carrot, onion and oregano. Scrumptious. After I've written this we're going to go for an elongated walk around campus to get to James' so we can hopefully watch Anita and Me.

Today didn't get my essay finished but it did get a fair chunk of structure planned and the start of a few paragraphs which included me reading through a lot of my lecture note scrawls to find suitable ideas to include.

Instead of continuing to write this afternoon as I had planned after lunch and finishing watching RvB it turned out all my body wished to do was nap. So after that and listening to some Adam and Joe podcasts we took a meander to buy juice.

It feels like today went too fast, but it is only 7pm and I did only get up at 10 properly.

Ah well.

TTFN.

Tuesday 13 April 2010

Trying to write

I ended up doing quite a lot of reading and a lot less writing.

I did however write a book review in my other blog. It has also had a makeover. I gave it a dark version of this theme as the old one didn't feel very "me".

You know, tomorrow is another day and a day where I feel I will go to the library (rather than stay here) then I think the pressure of being in a public place will stop me from drifting to other pass times.

I have this urge to start reading 13 Little Blue Envelopes. I shall not because it should be a reward for doing my essay.

I shouldn't be procrastinating. It's tea time soon.

Monday 12 April 2010

To Uni!

So today we drove to Uni; Mum, Dad, Hazel, James and I.

Well, in fact we firstly drove to Morecambe, the seaside town that is a mere drive from campus.
This trip was majorly focused around the statue of Eric Morecambe that has been there for nearly 12 years. He's doing a silly dance. Guess what we had to do in photos?

After a quick jaunt to HomeBargains to pick up some Uni living essentials (pesto included) we took a walk down the sea front where, on the pier, were a load of tongue twisters written into the concrete at the base of lampposts and a labyrinth maze in the ground in the shape of  sea bird.

More shopping was done at Aldi on the way to campus where James and I took our things back to our rooms (I had considerably more due to food and other items). Mum and Hazel and then Dad took turns to "stay by the car just in case someone comes to check for a pay and display ticket that we haven't worked out how to do" and seeing the art I did last term that was in my room. OH and Mum was an angel and cleaned a load of stuff in the kitchen that was rotting.

They drove off to check into their accommodation for the night and James and I spent some time in my room until the kind and generous parentals came to pick us up and take us out for what was a scrumptious meal at Bella Itallia.

All in all a wonderful day!

Sunday 11 April 2010

Tortoise with a Rabbit on it!

I saw this this morning and thought it was spectacular. Sorry I'm not linking the source as I cannot remember where it was. I'm sure you'd find it if you google for it.

Late late start today with breakfast about half 11 and viewing of "The Britas Empire" before a lunch of pancakes.

Ashley commented once that all we seem to do is eat and that might even be true because the main feature of this afternoon/evening that wasn't Pokémon was going out to eat "Eat as much as you like" Chinese in town.

We ended up only meeting up with Maddy (as Jen was feeling ill) but it was tasty and good chatter. After eating we went for a walk down by the riverside so that we could continue to talk.

The Dave Gorman radio show is very prompt with its podcasts and so we've already listened to today's and it proved to be as hilarious as per.

Going to watch some videos now, as you do.

Tatty bye.

Saturday 10 April 2010

Tired and busy; in a good way.

We had an early start today which involved picking horses for the Grand National.
(The one and only time we bet each year.)

I picked one called Eric's Chance (which, when the race ran at 4:15 fell on the first hurdle) and Dream Alliance (sort of for James but we decided to share whatever either won) this horse stayed in for a fair while but then fell too.

We went to the coastal highlight that is Souter Lighthouse, ate fantastic Fish and Chips from Coleman's, visited Baltic in Gateshead and returned to my Nana's house to watch the race.

Tonight we had a Ranger night meet up and meal, just Jen (and her baby Sam), Hazel, Caitlin and I.

We returned to Dr.Who and chocolate (home made by Mum) slice.

All is well and James and I are about to watch some Red vs. Blue and perhaps some Flight of the Conchords season TWO!

:D

Friday 9 April 2010

That was a spiffing day

Starting late we had a bacon sandwich brunch and headed into town for 1 to meet Caitlin.

During the day we walked all over town and saw many people including Ross and Hazel!

We shared stories of Uni, discussed many important issues (including "the perfect boots that don't seem to exist") and James and I listened to the watch story and were informed about her boyfriend Alex's cute 4 year old brother and his confusion on her return the next day when she returned for an extra night rather than flying home (because the airport had had a power failure!)

We walked home and James' pokéwalker told us that we had walked 12177 steps.

This evening we had a very interesting and tasty Chinese concoction, watched Russell Howard's Good News, looked at a book of illusions and viewed the blending of an iPad.

All in all a thoroughly amazing day!

Thursday 8 April 2010

This essay

Is merely ideas still.
But slightly more clarified ideas in my mind now.
And yes I did just start a sentence with But (and now And too).

It's my blog and I'll do what I want to.

This morning I had to set up a a VPN so I could do some Lancaster-y stuff an get my essay underway.
I cleared my bedroom chair and by 10 I still didn't have the images I would need to start my essay.
Firstly I needed to find out what the essay involves. To do that I had to download a host of documents from LUVLE.

So I spent my day fiddling around and reading about Neo-Plasticism and Abstract Expressionism.

Plus getting distracted by a website about the upcoming Portal 2.

Dad's bought this game with bibs that bounce a ball. It looks hilarious.
I really really want to record a spoof advert for it tomorrow with Hazel for my channel.

Going to shuffle some more papers.

James will be in Durham in Just over 2 hours.

SQWEE!

Wednesday 7 April 2010

Trying to find the right boots

Hello and welcome to another instalment of "Things that Liz does".

Today included a 10am doctors appointment at which I was prescribed too types of tablet to try to fully rid myself of any underlying skin infection and to stop me being so darn itchy.

Followed by a quick pit stop to do whatever I did do until about 1 when mother and I headed into town for haircuts.

My hair is about:
-

_

That much shorter? (I don't know, I'm just guessing.

This afternoon we went on a fruitless search for the perfect boots I can imagine but nowhere seems to sell.
That is, no one in the Dalton Park cheapo zone.

Kick Ass was viewed again this evening so that Hazel and Dad could see it too and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Mum opted to see "How to Train Your Dragon" instead.

I just opted out of watching Waterloo Road with the rest of my family. It didn't look like it was going to be worth an hour of viewing.

James is coming up tomorrow and will be here about 8 at night so I hope to get a full day of essay planning in.

Toodles.

Tuesday 6 April 2010

TKMaxx

I ruddy went and got some lovely skull candy headphones AND some comfy as anything dungarees today!

We're back home now from Leeds.

In response to Ashley: Over the Rainbow is a talent show being run on the BBC to find a suitable girl/woman to play Dorothy on stage in the West End.

Michelle: I should hope I get to live as long as my relatives as long as I'm not driving myself insane.
Micah was always my favourite but we never see him any more! So Hiro has taken his place. :D

In other news:
It completely bypassed me until today that the new book by John Green and David Levithan "Will Grayson Will Grayson" (which we have pre-ordered) is not just written by one of my favourite authors and then an unknown. OH NO. It's written by TWO of my FAVOURITE authors. It's just that I never count DL because instead I always consider Boy Meets Boy as a favourite book by itself. I've never gone out of my way to read more by him because that book was such a stand alone gem. Now I am extremely if not quadruply excited for the arrival of John and David's new novel.

HELL YES.

I'm excited for the next chunk of days 'til I get back to Uni and have to knuckle down hard on this essay and my projects and revision.

Time to sit back and do some logic puzzles to get my brain in gear to maybe do some research tomorrow?

Yeah!

Monday 5 April 2010

Triumphant

Well, today we took a trip to Beningbrough Hall a National Trust place and it was lovely.

Most of the fun events are captured in my "thesexymacaroni" video.

Tonight we had a hilarious hoohar about yoghurt focusing around the unintelligible lines:

"Is there any yoghurt for me?"
"Not if you want any."

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand now I'm watching Heroes.

Sunday 4 April 2010

The Cornmill and Doctor Who.

So I woke up to my Mum calling me a heathen because I wasn't going to church. Sorry Mum.

We went to see my 102 year old Auntie Clara for about 15 minutes before lunch and she was kicking up a massive fuss about hating it and wanting to go home. Poor thing.

Lamb based Sunday lunch and the standard Cornmill was grand.

Followed by a trip to see our Great Auntie Irene and Great Uncle Carl who showed us a book about yoga, talked about an Australian cookery book for diabetic specific meals, got us to work out how to find the balance and phone number of a new mobile phone and loaded us with two huge boxes of cornflakes and 5 jars of home made "it might be mouldy" jam.

This afternoon Hazel and I proceeded to thoroughly enjoy the brand new raggedy Doctor Who.
I loved the titles, his and her and the acting of all, the story, the aliens, the comedy, the St John Ambulance sticker and the TARDIS. I'm not too fond of the GREEN sonic but seeing as most of us fans have our blue ones we'll always have that as our true Eccleston/Tennant memory. Some seriously good stuff and I'm very very psyched for the rest of the series. I can see Dr. Who and the new series of Outnumbered being the perfect tv breaks from my busy 3rd term.

We also watched Over the Rainbow. Or whatever the Dorothy search show is about because Hazel is well into it. I mean, if I knew I'd have access to tv to watch it next term I might be just as into it as the last three but nah, not this time.

Just had some pineapple and it's left a lovely flavour in my mouth. Will probably continue to eat chocolate in a bit too though.

S'all folks.

Saturday 3 April 2010

Time with family

Quick one today.

I'm at Grandad's in Leeds. We travelled down today and had lunch at Morrison's. Supermarket cafe food is better than you might think.

Hazel and I watched some Conchords this afternoon and DIDN'T SEE DR WHO YET.

We went to our Auntie's for tea and so it was off the schedule.
Instead we ate and played a game of boys vs. girls trivial pursuit.

Viva la Supersidge.

Trying BEDA again!

AUGUST?! Maureen, I wish you were April fooling but you aren't!
I'm still going to try and post every day though.

"A cheerful heart is good medicine for health, a broken spirit makes marrow dry."
My mystery Chinese commenter posted this yesterday!

This morning I went to the Dr's and then popped over to my Nana's to have a natter we talked about paintings, sculpture and religion mainly. Paintings by her Uncle Wilf, Sculpture ie. her favourite is the brick train and religion: no one should argue, it's not worth it but Jehovah's Witness' are murderers.

I recorded a squirrel rebellion video today that can be viewed here.

My plinth hour has been archived now so you can't comment on it any more.
