I was surprised and gutted to hear the news that one of my friends from Outward Bound last year has died.
Andy was so fun the few times I spoke to him while we were there.
I'm all jittery now, I can't quite grasp it.
I've been packing and scrapbooking today.
I feel promoting my video is terrible in light of the news.

I realize that is extremely cliche.

It kind of bothers me when people skip over blog posts that are really important to the writer, because it's an uncomfortable topic.
Even if they are one of your good friends.
